COFFEE GRAHAM FLOAT

Ingredients:
– Half pack of M.Y. San Honey Grahams
– 125ml Nestle All Purpose Cream
– 1/3 cup condensed milk
– 1/2 tablespoon instant coffee powder
– Cocoa powder for dusting

Procedure:
1.FILLING – In a bowl, combine chilled cream, condensed milk and coffee.
Whip until doubled in volume.
2. LAYER – Lay crackers on the bottom of a square or rectangular pan. Pour
coffee cream mixture on top. Repeat process to make 2 or 3 layers, ending
with the cream on top.
3. FINISH – Top with cocoa powder.
4. CHILL and SERVE.

Expert tip: Place (chilled cream bowl) over a bowl of ice for faster whipping
