Reflecting on the Swedish Barista Championships & Competition Espresso | Coffee with April #214

This week, we are reflecting on Patriks recent involvement in the latest Swedish Barista Championship as well as musing on some of the restrictions that the competition provides.

Patrik was ultimatley succesful, using a Colombian Sudan Rume from Las Margaritas as the coffee component of all 3 of his beverage types.

In this video we discuss the difficulty of brewing espresso at 9 bar pressure, as well as considering the required step up to the World Barista Championships in Melbourne later this year.
